This is a sign-up form for applying for cover in The GLS Freight Protection Plan.

The cover is for one single legal entity, irrespectively of number of branches. Premium and cover is depending on average of last 3 years' turnover. If multiple legal entities are to be insured, an individual application must be filed for each legal entity.

You will receive an instant confirmation that your sign-up has been received, and subject to that the application has been filled in thoroughly and no additional clarifications are required, your application will be assessed by GLS and external assessment professionals. You will receive feedback within two weeks after you have submitted your application, whether you have been accepted to join the The GLS Freight Protection Plan.

In case of approval for The GLS Freight Protection Plan, you will receive a GLS Freight Protection Plan Certificate, you will be authorized to use the Global Logistics Shield logo on your web-site, company documents and corporate communication, your company name will be available for online validation of your cover on the Global Logistics Shield web-site, your cover status will be distributed to selected directory partners, and your company will be liable for debitors debt registration in The GLS Timely Freight Payment Monitoring & Alerting Scheme.
